COVID-19 

Everyone must do their part to reduce the spread of this virus. Bellevue Pet Adventures has implemented several procedural changes to protect our staff and our customers. Please review these policies closely:

1. Stay home if you are sick! Call us to reschedule your appointment.

2. Stay home if you have been in contact with anyone that is sick within the last 14 days!

3. OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED! PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU GET HERE.

4. Please respect the space of others in the parking lot.  Do not approach other customers or their pets.  Remember social distancing.

5. Your willingness to follow these rules will help us to continue to provide services.

  

BPA COVID-19 Procedures for Drop-off and Pick-up 

 

Grooming Customers

Drop off:

  1. Call when you arrive to drop off your dog 402-403-3923
  2. Provide any specific requests or information for your pet over the phone
  3. We will then come out to retrieve your dog
  4. We will place our leash around your dog’s neck and have you remove and keep their leash and collar
  5. We will then bring your dog into our facility

Pick-up:

  1. We will call you when your dog is ready to pick-up. At this time we will take your credit or debit payment over the phone. Our lobby is closed, and we will not be taking payment in person. You will be able to add a tip to your payment and the groomer will receive the FULL tip amount
  2. Call when you arrive to pick-up your dog
  3. We will then bring your dog back out to your vehicle
  4. We will have you put your leash and collar back on your dog and then we’ll remove our leash

 Train and Play Customers

Drop off:

  1. Call when you arrive to drop off your dog 402-403-3923
  2. Provide any specific requests or information for your pet over the phone
  3. We will then come out to retrieve your dog
  4. We will place our leash around your dog’s neck and have you remove and keep their leash and collar
  5. We will then bring your dog into our facility

Pick-up:

  1. Call when you arrive to pick-up your dog
  2. We will process any credit card payments over the phone and update you on your dog’s day
  3. We will then bring your dog back out to your vehicle
  4. We will have you put your leash and collar back on your dog and then we’ll remove our leash

 

Kennel Customers

When you call to reserve a boarding stay, we will arrange very specific drop off and pick-up dates and times. Please be prepared with dates and times that work for you.

Drop off:

  1. Call when you arrive to drop off your dog 402-402-3923
  2. Provide any specific requests or information for your pet over the phone
  3. We’ll confirm details of your stay (specific pick-up date and time, feeding instructions etc…)
  4. We’ll then come out to your vehicle and bring your dog into the facility
  5. We’ll return to your vehicle and bring in all food/bedding/toys etc…

Pick-up:

  1. Call you when you arrive to pick-up your dog
  2. We will process any credit card payments over the phone and update you on your dog’s stay
  3. We will then bring all of your dog’s belongings out to your vehicle first.
  4. We will then bring your dog out to your vehicle
